Co-Measure combines drawing intelligence, CAD geometry, inspection planning, and team review in one focused workflow.
Automatically connect drawing requirements to CAD features and generate a practical measurement sequence with planned points.
Ask questions in plain language, change point counts, refine feature strategy, and understand why each planning decision was made.
Get a proposed coordinate frame from available planes, lines, circles, and constructed features—with AI help to correct the logic.
Review the complete plan, approve the revision, and make it immediately available to your quality team in the same workspace.
No disconnected spreadsheets, screenshots, or planning handoffs.
Bring the 2D requirements and 3D geometry together in one project.
Verify features, GD&T, alignment, point strategy, and run order, with help from the AI agent.
Lock the reviewed revision and instantly share it with your team in the workspace.
Mentor AI works with the actual model, drawing requirements, and current plan context. It can explain decisions and propose precise changes without silently overwriting your work.
Set Z from the top plane and use the two opposite bores to define +X.
ALIGNMENT CHANGE PROPOSED3–2–1 frame rebuiltTop plane levels +Z. The center-to-center line between the opposed bores establishes +X. The center bore remains the origin.
Co-Measure brings CAD geometry, drawing requirements, measurement strategy, part alignment, and team approval into one workspace. It helps quality teams turn STEP models and DXF drawings into reviewable measurement plans in seconds.
Mentor AI works inside the plan to explain decisions and propose changes, while the operator remains responsible for reviewing and approving every result. Our goal is to reduce repetitive planning work without removing the metrology judgment that protects quality.
Co-Measure is being developed with practical feedback from machine shops, inspectors, quality engineers, and manufacturing teams.
Join the founding-customer program to validate Co-Measure on your workflow before choosing a paid plan.

This Policy explains how Co-Measure collects and uses information when you visit the website, create an account, upload manufacturing files, use Mentor AI, or collaborate in a workspace.
We collect account details such as name and email, authentication and security records, workspace membership, uploaded STEP and DXF files, generated plans and previews, Mentor AI prompts and responses, approval and audit records, product preferences, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
We use information to provide and secure Co-Measure, process files, generate and share plans, operate Mentor AI, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. When the separate AI-training setting is enabled, we may use submitted content and associated usage information to improve and train AI systems. The setting is off by default and can be changed in Data & AI settings.
We may send information to third-party AI, hosting, storage, monitoring, payment, and email providers that process it for us. Their processing is governed by contracts and applicable provider terms. A current subprocessor list and applicable data-processing terms should be requested before submitting regulated or highly confidential data.
We share information with workspace members selected by the customer, service providers acting for Co-Measure, authorities where legally required, and a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale. We do not sell customer CAD files or drawings.
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as reasonably needed for security, backups, audit records, contractual obligations, and law. Account deletion is available in settings, but published approval records may need to be retained or transferred to preserve team audit history.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and customers should not upload restricted or regulated data unless Co-Measure has expressly agreed in writing to support it.
You may update the AI-training preference, sign out active sessions, or request account deletion. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Co-Measure is a business service and is not intended for children.
We may update this Policy and will post the effective date. Before public launch, Co-Measure must publish its legal entity name, business address, privacy contact, subprocessor list, and applicable regional disclosures here.
This Policy must be reviewed by qualified counsel and completed with the company’s legal identity and privacy contact before public launch.

These Terms govern access to and use of Co-Measure. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Co-Measure for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Co-Measure is an inspection-planning aid that proposes feature matching, measurement strategies, probe points, part alignment, and related outputs. AI and automated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a certified CMM program, collision check, or guarantee of accuracy, manufacturability, safety, or standards compliance. You must independently review, validate, approve, and safely test every plan before production use.
You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, authorized workspace access, and all activity under your account. Approved plans may be shared with members of the workspace you select.
You retain ownership of CAD files, drawings, plans, prompts, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Co-Measure the rights needed to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and analyze that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. If you separately enable the optional AI-training setting, Co-Measure may also use that content and associated usage data to improve and train its AI systems. This setting is off by default, is separate from acceptance of these Terms, and may be changed in Data & AI settings. Turning it off applies to future training use and does not require removal of information already incorporated into previously trained models where separation is not reasonably possible.
Co-Measure may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Content sent to those providers may be processed under their applicable terms, privacy commitments, retention rules, and usage restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to submit content and that your use complies with applicable law, contracts, confidentiality duties, export controls, and third-party requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not upload classified information, export-controlled technical data, personal health information, payment-card data, or other specially regulated content unless Co-Measure has expressly agreed in writing to support it.
You may not misuse the service, bypass security or access controls, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, upload malicious material, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or dangerous activity.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the order presented at purchase until cancelled. A new customer purchasing its first paid subscription may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the initial payment. The guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase and excludes renewals, usage-based fees, implementation or custom work, taxes, and purchases governed by a separate written agreement. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Co-Measure and its software, branding, designs, and documentation remain the property of Co-Measure and its licensors. If you provide ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we will not identify you publicly without permission.
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Co-Measure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for manufacturing loss, scrap, machine damage, or decisions made from unverified output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will defend and indemnify Co-Measure against third-party claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
These Terms and an applicable order form are the entire agreement for the service unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Neither party may assign the agreement contrary to applicable law. Questions or refund requests may be sent through the support contact provided in the service.
This product copy is a practical starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
